Film, Film, Film
Summer 2020
A few months ago while pursuing the local thrift store, I was able to per-cure my favourite find to date! my Minolta Auto-Focus Tele Point and Shoot Film Camera!
Now, buying a camera out of any store that isn’t a reputable camera store - is always a gamble. You don’t know its past history, or if it even works! All you can do is take the gamble, and pop a roll of film in!
It took me over a month to finish off the roll -taking my time and choosing the best shots. Then, the last exposure had been taken, the roll had been re-spun. I gingerly popped the roll out of the back of the camera , tucked it into my purse, and headed to the local print shop to be developed.
The anticipation was killing me; would they turn out? Would they be in focus? Was my lighting quality good enough? All of these questions were put to rest as soon as I opened the envelope.
I chose just a few of the best shots to feature, they are my favourites by far!
